NAB 2011: Konica Minolta Sensing 3D Scanning Labs

WorldWideTech & Science. Francisco De Jesus.

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc, the worldwide leader in the industrial measurement of color, light and shape, announces its participation as an exhibitor at NAB 2011 on April 11-14, 2011 being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.

KMSA is a leader in the measurement of displays technologies. Broadcasting is perhaps the most important with content now being recorded in high definition and being sent electronically across multiple different mediums. It is critical to ensure that displays are properly calibrated & tested both during the manufacturing and install stages to reproduce content with the intent it was meant to be viewed.

This year 2 new products will be featured by NAB. The first is the SpectraRAD, a TE cooled spectral irradiance meter developed between Konica Minolta Sensing Americas & manufacturer B&W Tek, to address needs in low cost LED and OLED measurements. The second is the CA-310 display color analyzer from Konica Minolta, which is a high-speed, high-accuracy instrument that provides even higher accuracy for measuring LED-backlit LCD TVs by reducing errors due to variations in the peak wavelength of LED backlights.

Also being showcased will be Konica's flagship spectroradiometer, the CS-2000, capable of ultra low luminance measurements as well as their CS-200 Chroma Meter and CS-100A tristimulus colorimeter for light sources.

KMSA is a long standing leader in light & display measurement technology with equipment to fit any application and any budget. KMSA will be conducting live demonstrations on the show floor at booth#SL8823 each day through out the week at NAB2011.
